The Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery (KPPIP)
Client Overview
The Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery (KPPIP) was established to serve as a coordinating unit in decision-making processes, addressing issues arising from the lack of effective coordination among stakeholders.
Objective
The objective was to increase awareness of the importance of the National Strategic Projects (PSN), the role of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs in PSN, while promoting available Public Private Projects to potential investors to meet Golden Indonesia 2045.
Implementation
Mataya Communications, as the appointed partner of KPPIP and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, provided reliable Public Relations and Social Media services. The series of Sewindu PSN activities included Pre-Event and Main Event, engaging practitioners, academics, professionals, local governments, and the younger generation in major Indonesian cities. Mataya initiated the Sewindu PSN Campaign, organizing a Social Space event that included Media and Community Gathering, discussions on PSN project updates, launching of PSN Sewindu Campaign, PSN Kaleidoscope Screening, and more.
Results
In commemorating KPPIP’s 8 years, Mataya Communications played a crucial role in promoting the success and credibility of KPPIP PSN, as well as the significant role of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs in leading the coordination of planning and implementation of National Strategic Projects. Mataya also increased awareness and understanding among the public through media about priority infrastructure projects, rallied support from stakeholders, and communicated the broad impact of PSN on the Indonesian Government's efforts to achieve Sustainable Development Goals affecting the economy, society, and the environment. Mataya's PR efforts contributed to informing the public about the success of infrastructure projects and their benefits for economic development and community welfare. Through their Social Media services, Mataya successfully connected KPPIP and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs with a wider audience and actively engaged with stakeholders, continuously strengthening the online presence of strategic national projects and fostering meaningful dialogues between the government and the public.
